Ronald Max Reeves: Together Again


This mortal existence which we call life came to an end for Ronald Max Reeves on July 23, 2022 in San Antonio, Texas and he was reunited with the love of his life, Joyce and others who have passed from this life.

Ronald was born into this life on December 31, 1943 while his father was away serving his country. He was the son of Max Allen and Ruth Venable Reeves. He spent his youth growing up in Roy, Utah. He attended the Weber County schools completing his education at Weber High School. He married Taunya Gayle Higley on 25 April 1963 in Hooper Utah. They later divorced.

In 1963 Ronald also entered the United States Navy where he served honorably aboard the USS Coral Sea. Ronald then returned to Utah where he met and married Ellen Joyce Mikle on September 29, 1972 in Ogden, Utah. After working several places Ronald began working for the United States Government at Hill Air Force Base, transferring to the air Base near Crestview Florida where he worked until his retirement. This is where he was living when his wife Joyce died in 2012. After the death of his wife he eventually moved in with a son and lived in Texas.

Ronald is survived by his two sons, Christian (Annmarie) Reeves; Crestview, Florida; Justin (Robyn) Reeves; San Antonio, Texas. Ronald is also survived by these siblings; Ben (Edith) Reeves, Laura (Kyle) Whitaker, Carol (Robert Dec.) King, Anita (Dale) Fuger, Jolene (Larry) Connell and one Sister-in-Law Claudia Reeves. Ronald is also survived by two special Aunts, Marleen Eastman, and Sandra (Stephen) Larsen, 11 grand Children and13 great grandchildren. Ronald was proceeded in death by his wife, his parents, Sons Scott and Kevin Reeves three siblings Marvin, Sam, Cheryl Reeves, Grandparents, Mother and Father in Law, numerous Aunts and Uncles.
